Strategic Planning/Governance Advancement Sessions….."we don't want to retreat!"

By the way, we don't call those sessions "retreats" because it implies a couple of incorrect messages. People think they are going on a far-away camping session out in the hinder lands somewhere. By definition, the word means going backwards!

Either way, those aren't the messages we want to send! So, we have affectionately titled these planning sessions as "advancement sessions."
