Strategists, Inc. worked with the senior staff of the Florida office this international
foundation in developing its communications plan for Florida audiences. It
was the first such initiative in the Foundation's history. In conjunction
with the Foundation's Communications Office, we provided public opinion research,
a strategic plan and a marketing plan. Carmen M. Ayala, who served as the

First Call for Help-2-1-1 Broward
Strategists, Inc. worked with this nonprofit organization to write a business
plan and then a detailed, multi-year marketing plan to implement the new
2-1-1 call for help number in Broward County. Working with board members
and the CEO, Strategists prepared both plans in record time offering creative
ideas for the organization. Board Committee Chair Merrie Meyers Kershaw,
