Crisis Communications services have two elements: preventing issues from becoming crisis, and counseling clients on how to best respond to crisis situations. Crises typically take one of the following forms:
Manmade (accidental or intentional/criminal)
Natural disasters (hurricanes and earthquakes)
Equipment or technology failures
Incidents (robberies, rape of patients, etc.)

SI's president has several decades of managing crisis situations in all types of situations. In addition, we have experience in developing preventative strategies and plans to prevent issues from becoming crisis situations. In responding to an issue or a full-blown crisis situation, clients need a senior counselor who can make sound recommendations, quickly, based on real life experience and an on-target assessment of your situation.
